My experience has been awesome with Sarah. The difference between Sarah and other trainers is Sarah's understanding of the body, from the individual muscles to how they work as a whole, and most of all, how they relate to you as a person. It's an experience that I believe everyone can benefit from, from the most hardcore of gym junkies to the most inexperienced of couch potatoes. Sarah practises tough love, but it's well worth every minute.

Before training with sarah i believed that personal trainers were a luxury: only for the wealthy or inexperienced. I now realise that they are an absolute necessity for any one who is serious about getting the body and fitness results they want!
Before sarah, i was training more often but with less results. That's right i was exercising the wrong way as if its not hard enough already!
However as the name suggests, personal trainers need to be the right PERSON for you. I feel extremely lucky that my first trainer was so perfect for me. Here are some of the reasons why Sarah may be the trainer for you:

My brief to Sarah was simple – challenge, variety and education; to manage a couple of existing sports-related injuries, improve my overall level of fitness, muscle definition and strength.

Sarah’s approach is instructive, holistic and rigorous. Her workout strategies are a carefully measured regimen of exercise that builds over time in complexity and challenge.

I have rebuilt, strength and flexibility to restore my fitness level and the confidence to overcome my injury.

As for improvements in my overall health and well-being: the evidence is in the figures. I have lost over 6 kilograms, dropped body fat from over 27% to under 17%, improved cardio endurance, and now am the owner of a physique of which I am proud!
