Fuse was established in 2006 when Sarah Harrison decided to go it alone and register her own Personal Training business. She currently operates as a sole trader with the view to growing a small business housing a group of 4 or 5 like-minded trainers.
Sarah’s mission in the fitness industry is to contribute in positive ways to the development of health and fitness in the local community. She aims to educate, inspire and guide others to be the best they can be, and promote sustainable healthy lifestyle change.
In 2009 Sarah completed a Diploma Remedial Massage and now also offers massage on Saturdays from 10.00am – 4.00pm. Massage assists the body in repair, recovery, and reaching optimal function. For further information or bookings call 0431 370 121 or email: sarah@fusefit.com.au
Sarah has worked in gyms and fitness centres since 1999, first approaching fitness as a hobby, and later turning it into a fulltime career in 2003. Her experience in the fitness industry includes work with the YMCA, South Pacific Health Club, Fitness First, Time4Fitness and Melbourne University Sport.
Having spent several years in the corporate field of Design & Advertising, Sarah knows the adverse affect computer oriented business has on our health. Her personal aim is to get people up and moving, out of the office, and into the gym!
With a background in martial arts and dance, Sarah’s areas of specialty include flexibility, weight management, postural correction, boxing, dynamic strength and balance training.
